I am not currently focusing on teaching yoga, as my work as a life coach keeps me pretty busy. But if the right opportunity arises for me, I will teach again. So if you are here looking for a yoga teacher, feel free to contact me!

My yoga classes provide a mix of relaxation and effort, stemming from my belief that challenging oneself comes in many forms.

For some of us, relaxing is far more difficult than physical effort, and I encourage my students to value both the rough edges and the smoothed-over parts of an experience. 

Yoga Styles for Private and Semi-Private Classes:

Kripalu Yoga 

A conscious practice of physical yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques for integrating body, mind, and spirit.

Restorative Yoga 

A passive series of physical postures, using props to provide a completely supportive environment for total relaxation.

Prenatal Yoga 

Designed to provide ease during pregnancy and through the birth process.
